StudioLink is a conversational support platform for professional firms that manages operational communications related to documents, reminders, and matter status.

  • Technical metadata required to track delivery, read receipts, timestamps, and consent management.

Purposes and Legal Basis

Data is processed to organize communication between the firm and the client, send reminders, receive documents, answer frequent requests, and transfer the case to a human operator. Legal bases include the execution of contractual measures and organizational legitimate interest.

Use of Bots and Messaging Platforms

Part of the communications may be handled by bots configured on behalf of the firm. Messages received via WhatsApp Business Platform, Telegram, or email can be analyzed for classification and routing.

Website Contact Form

The form available on the Contacts page collects full name, email address and, where provided, phone number and the name of the firm or company, together with the text of the message.

  • Purpose: replying to the information request submitted by the user.
  • Legal basis: explicit consent, given through the dedicated checkbox before submission.
  • Recipients: the request is delivered to DATA AND PROCESS SRL staff through a private internal Telegram channel. Telegram acts as the messaging service provider.
  • Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting contacts, as a rule no longer than 24 months.
  • Nature of provision: optional; however, without the fields marked as required we cannot reply.
