These conditions describe the informational and operational use of StudioLink as an automation channel for professional firms, businesses, and private clients.

Service Purpose

StudioLink provides an automated communication environment to send reminders, receive documents, provide standard answers, and route requests to human operators. The service is designed as organizational support for the firm and does not replace the professional activity of the accountant.

Fair Use of Channels

Users must only send information and documents relevant to the ongoing matter.
Illicit, malicious, or unsolicited content outside the operational flow must not be transmitted.
Automated channels are not intended for emergencies or requests requiring immediate, non-deferrable intervention.

Limits of Automation

Responses generated by the bot are organizational and informational in nature. In the presence of interpretative doubts, atypical cases, or requests impacting tax and administrative decisions, the evaluation of the human professional always prevails. StudioLink includes escalation precisely to manage these cases.

Service Availability and Continuity

DATA AND PROCESS SRL adopts reasonable technical measures to keep the service available, but does not guarantee absolute absence of interruptions due to maintenance, third-party providers, messaging platforms, or external events.
